The more participants and TV signals a network carries, the more complex it becomes to control routes, access permissions, and transmission and reception times.
Virtual Matrix is a cloud service that connects TV channels, rights holders, and remote studios within a shared, managed network. Participants can exchange signals within their own networks and deliver them to other Virtual Matrix participants.
With Virtual Matrix, teams can:
• define permissions for sending and receiving signals;
• preview and technically validate signals;
• schedule signal reception and transmission;
• receive and deliver signals in SDI format;
• configure and test switching paths between remote studios and broadcast facilities;
• manage switching configurations through a single control panel.
The service is designed for broadcasters running live output or operating remote studios, as well as broadcasters and rights holders that send or receive signals for rebroadcasting.
When required, the Cosmonova Broadcast development team can adapt the Virtual Matrix configuration to the needs of a specific media project.
Virtual Matrix runs on Cosmonova Broadcast’s own geo-redundant infrastructure, with nodes in Ukraine and the EU, round-the-clock NOC monitoring, and technical support. Service availability is set at 99.98% under the SLA.
Managed access, validated signals, and scheduled switching give media teams control over every route - from source to recipient.

Integrated playout, OTT, VOD, and live streaming infrastructure helped a media company launch scalable digital services and maintain reliable delivery for millions of viewers

Ukraine offers simplified market entry for EU linear broadcasters. Cosmonova Broadcast acts as an operational entry point, providing the full media supply chain - from channel deployment and localization to distribution and multiplatform IP delivery

Technology can be replaced. Features can be copied. But the operating model behind them is what creates measurable advantage
