Some projects stand out not because they are the biggest or most complex, but because they matter.
One of them involved building a service platform for a media company that provided news, education, and public-interest programming and served an important role in society.
The objective was clear: connect central and regional studios into single workflow, launch an on-demand service that could later scale into a full OTT platform, and maintain stable live delivery across broadcast and digital channels for millions of viewers.
Because the client was already using COSMO | PLAYOUT, we were able to move quickly and build on an existing base.
Through Virtual Matrix, we introduced a centralized model for routing and scheduling across several locations. This simplified day-to-day operations and improved visibility and control.
Using VOD Portal, we launched a content platform with accounts, catch-up TV, time-shifted viewing, live streams, and analytics. It later became the base for a full multi-device OTT service.
For major live events carried through Stream Online service, our teams prepared well in advance. We modelled peak demand, verified delivery paths, and stress-tested every stage of the chain.
Reliable performance at this scale depends on the right infrastructure. All services run on our own distributed, geo-redundant EU infrastructure, monitored 24/7 by our NOC and engineering teams.
Every stage of the rollout was delivered on a tight timeline, helping the client launch new services without delay.
What I value most in this project is the result. It shows how reliable media systems keep important information available when people need it most.
