We have successfully carried out the technical development of the OTT service Brobaks, dedicated to children’s content, for our partner Suspilne Ukraine!
In close collaboration with the client, we developed a website and mobile apps for iOS and Android featuring VOD content and an interactive player.
Authorized users can access their viewing history and resume playback from the last pause.
Thanks to the public broadcaster, young viewers in Ukraine now have access to over 250 hours of safe, ad-free children’s content - including series, feature-length animated films, educational shows, and audio fairy tales - the best examples of Ukrainian and European production, available in high-quality translation and sign-language interpretation.
All content is available for free viewing on smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
With simple navigation, large interface elements, and personalized recommendations by age and interests, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly, even for the youngest audiences.
The project was developed using the VOD Portal cloud service, deployed on our own infrastructure with geo-redundancy across the EU.
VOD Portal enables media companies to launch OTT services in a short time, including website and mobile app development for Live TV, catch-up TV, time-shifted TV, and VOD content.
We congratulate our partner Suspilne Ukaine on this significant achievement in creating a safe and high-quality media environment for the youngest Ukrainian audiences!

The distinction between linear TV and digital platforms is fading as audiences consume content across multiple environments. Coordinated multiplatform distribution is becoming essential for broadcasters

Reducing ad marker errors and stabilizing delivery through controlled media operations infrastructure

Cloud adoption is no longer the main question for media companies. The key challenge today is architecture. Learn how integrated cloud infrastructure improves operational stability, scalability, security, playout, and IP distribution for broadcasters and OTT services

Integrated playout, OTT, VOD, and live streaming infrastructure helped a media company launch scalable digital services and maintain reliable delivery for millions of viewers

Ukraine offers simplified market entry for EU linear broadcasters. Cosmonova Broadcast acts as an operational entry point, providing the full media supply chain - from channel deployment and localization to distribution and multiplatform IP delivery
