Live events place the greatest strain on streaming infrastructure at the moment of peak audience interest: a goal, a show finale, a major announcement, or a keynote address at an international summit.

At precisely that moment, the infrastructure must support a high volume of concurrent viewing sessions and keep delivering if one of its components becomes unavailable.

This requires load balancing, capacity headroom, automatic failover, continuous monitoring, and geo-redundancy.

Stream Online is designed to handle peak demand and runs on dedicated, geo-redundant CDN infrastructure. Traffic is distributed across nodes; redundancy mechanisms maintain delivery if an individual component fails and our NOC monitors the service around the clock.

For viewers, all this architecture has one outcome: the video keeps playing at the moment that matters most.

Stable playback must be designed in before the event begins  - through capacity planning, redundancy architecture and testing against expected demand.
